Packaging
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure its protection during transit. All prints are rolled and placed in sturdy tubes, while canvases and framed artwork will be shipped in protective boxes.
Damaged or Lost Items
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, if an item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Photographs of the damaged goods, packaging, and shipping labels will be requested to facilitate the claim process.
Returns and Exchanges
